The Tendering:

Tendering will be conducted through the Public Procurement Agency Committee Competitive 

Tendering [PPACCT] procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2003, and the 

Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic. Tendering will be done with 

Efficiency and Transparency and opened to all reputable companies/persons from different parts of the world.

As procurement consultants of all kinds of goods and services for clients, PPA offers procurement services that are outsourced by entities. This service is offered such that the entities continue to own the whole procurement processes in line with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2003 (ACT 663).
